Today, Thursday, December 11, 2025, in the presence of the honorable: Sheikh Fakher Sheikh Taib, Executive Director of Qaiwan Companies Group; Eng. Hawzhin Hassan, Authorized Director of Maya Company; Dr. Twana Najaf, Representative of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; Dr. Haval Aboubakir, Governor of Sulaymaniyah; Mr. Hiwa Qarani, Supervisor of the Independent Administration of Raparin; members of parliament; the honorable Hussein Mahmoud Ibrahim, District Commissioner of Ranya; President of Raparin University (acting); a number of general directors, advisors, political and administrative figures; directors of health and educational centers; deans of colleges and institutes; graduates and their honorable families – the first graduation ceremony of our institute’s students for the year 2024-2025 was held at the Ranya Cultural Hall.
In this worthy ceremony, in which the honorable Dean of the Institute and the honorable Governor of Sulaymaniyah presented their speeches, our students proudly enter a new phase of their lives to serve the Kurds and Kurdistan. We are confident that wherever our graduates work, they will honor us with their professional competence.
