On Wednesday, May 6th, 2026, in an atmosphere full of excitement and with the attendance of His Excellency (Dr. Twana Najaf), General Director of the Office of Administration and Finance at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the second graduation ceremony of Raparin Technical and Vocational Institute students took place.
At the ceremony, graduates wearing traditional Kurdish clothing gave the event a distinctive appearance and expressed their joy and happiness for completing this academic stage.
